Role OverviewWe are looking for a Partner Sales Manager with strong Microsoft Cloud knowledge and experience selling to Microsoft CSPs, resellers, and MSPs. The objective of this role is to position CloudLabs products and offerings such as hands-on labs and lab environments as value-add solutions that accelerate Microsoft Cloud sales, customer adoption, consumption, and retention across Azure, Microsoft 365, and related workloads, enabling Microsoft partners (CSPs, MSPs, and resellers) to sell Microsoft Cloud services faster and more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Microsoft Partners - CSPs, resellers and MSPs to drive sales of CloudLabs product
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in cloud training, hands-on labs, and enablement solutions, tied to Microsoft Cloud revenue growth for Partners
- Position CloudLabs product and hands-on lab as a Microsoft Cloud sales and adoption accelerator
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts
- Own and consistently achieve sales goals
- Stay current on Microsoft partner programs, available co-op funds and CSP business models
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- 4-7+ years of experience selling to Microsoft Partner - CSPs, resellers and MSPs
- Understanding of Microsoft CSPs business models and licensing
- Proven ability to sell value-add or SaaS solutions that complement Microsoft Cloud
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling cloud enablement, training, labs, or adoption platforms
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-104, or similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft partner programs and co-sell motions
