What you will be doing:
- Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product domain, driven by market, user, and business insights.
- Shape the commercial model, including pricing, packaging, and the overall value proposition.
- Design solutions that are scalable globally and provide a consistent application experience across all markets.
- Conduct discovery with Design and Engineering to validate problems, and translate insights into clear product definitions (stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria).
- Effectively prioritize and make trade-offs to deliver maximum value, advocating for member experience while balancing scale, cost, and feasibility.
- Partner with Engineering to plan, execute, and ship high-quality releases; track OKRs and metrics to evaluate outcomes and iterate for maximum impact.
- Anticipate and manage key risks (e.g., data privacy), and work collaboratively across business functions and product domains for alignment and strengthened results.
- Continuously improve product practices, tooling, and ways of working, and contribute to building capability and championing the empowered product model.
- Experience managing a consumer-facing digital product/feature set from discovery through to delivery.
- Comfortable moving between discovery and delivery, using strong analytical skills to interpret data and influence decisions.
- Experience with modern product discovery tools, techniques, experiments, prototyping, and testing.
- Ability to turn complexity into clarity for varied audiences.
- Experience working effectively in Agile, cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Data).
- Ability to make decisions, take ownership/responsibility, and maintain an action orientation.
- Possesses curiosity, a growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.
