- Manage end-to-end delivery of IFS CRIM and Change Requests, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and budgets
- Plan, track, and control project schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and delivery governance
- Coordinate with functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth execution
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints, and proactively manage mitigation plans
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and change control processes are followed
- Facilitate agile ceremonies where required (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager with 2+ years of scrum master experience in an ERP environments
- Able to work on CET hours.
- Strong hands-on experience managing CRIM and Change Request deliveries
- Solid understanding of project scope management, scheduling, and resource planning
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment
