In this position... 

The Cycle Plan Finance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes for Engineering and Capital investments on a global scale. This position drives the financial aspects of the Cycle Plan process, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and effective financial controls. This role requires strong analytical skills, system expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various Cycle Planning and Finance functions.

What you'll do... 

Core Cycle Plan:

  • Partner with Cycle Planning Operations and Resource Planning teams to define, set, and drive teams towards achieving agreed-upon Cycle Plan targets.
  • Assist with Forward Model Business Cases and Cycle Plan Profit reporting, including High Priority cycle plan studies 
  • Serve as the Finance Lead analyst for Engineering and Capital Cycle Plan processes 
  • Identify opportunities to standardize metrics used for profitability assessment into Cycle Plan process 

Other Support activities:

  • Support the annual Budget process for Engineering 
  • Support the management and maintenance of Engineering and Capital Expense Systems 

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required
  • 5+ years of experience in finance / accounting roles (or related PD / Cycle Plan experience). 

Even better, you may have...

  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, particularly in a global context. 
  • Analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar). 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.
