ABM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development efforts across a defined geographic region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within facilities services, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic execution.
Pay: $122,850 - $185,000 base + Bonus
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strategic Planning: Establish and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Management: Analyze account profitability and optimize sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
- Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling value propositions and support RFP responses and contract negotiations.
- Forecasting & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to project sales performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Sales Enablement: Provide coaching and support to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and professional selling capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, with a demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing complex priorities at a strategic level.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong proficiency in evaluating KPIs and ROI to guide decision-making.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level clients.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B, outsourcing, and service sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Commercial Real Estate sector.
