Job Description
Position Description: This position will be part of a management team responsible for the oversight and fund accounting, financial reporting for closed ended Drawdown Funds.
Leadership
- Responsible for oversight and controllership of funds within the Private Equity Strategies and/or Opportunistic Real Estate Funds platforms
- Lead and mentor the team to organize priorities efficiently and provide coaching, training, and development
- Ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables from the GCC
- Promote collaboration with wider Global Fund Finance teams and key Finance departments
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the offshore Center of Excellence (COE) and collaborate with U.S colleagues on core functions such as cash tracking, journal entries, financial statements, capital calls, distributions, fund expense analysis, carried interest, management fees, and financial re-engineering or technology projects
- Coordinate investor capital-call and distribution processes in partnership with global operations and finance teams, ensuring Limited Partner allocations comply with Partnership Agreement terms and that carried interest is calculated with accuracy.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate globally for annual audits, internal controls framework, and testing
- Coordinate and manage the quarterly close process and all related GP reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear cross‑functional alignment.
Innovations:
- Collaborate with business units across the Global Fund Finance group to embed best practices and drive standardization, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Continuously assess workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, including expanding delegation of responsibilities to the COE team.
- Partner with U.S.-based colleagues to advance strategic technology and re‑engineering initiatives that strengthen operational capabilities.
Qualifications:

- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Chartered Accountant credential preferred
- 15+ years of experience in real estate and/or private equity fund administration
- Strong technical accounting, reporting, and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities across management levels
- Deep knowledge of real estate/private equity and complex tax structures
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and ability to handle diverse assignments
- Commitment to excellence, continued learning, and professional growth
