About this role
The Global E-commerce Data Science team aims to maximize the efficiency of e-commerce transactions, lead product decision-making iterations, and achieve sustainable growth in revenue with data and scientific methods, through quantitative techniques such as mathematical statistics and machine learning.
Team Introduction:
Our Measurement team is a Scientific Accelerator & Research team that is dedicated to addressing and operationalizing capabilities in the following areas: Complex experiments, Causal inference, eco-system research, and profiling and tagging.
Responsibilities:
- Understand ambiguous business, product and user problems, and apply advanced scientific techniques to find solutions;
- Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive e-commerce data products adoption, engagement and incremental impacts;
- Conduct A/B testing and complex experimentation (bilateral, networks effect, etc.);
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize overall measurement strategy and design.
