About the Team
The TikTok Operations team supports business growth by designing and optimizing operational processes, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective execution of key initiatives. The team focuses on improving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence to support evolving business needs.
This role is responsible for managing professional athletes on TikTok, supporting them throughout their journey on the platform. The position plays a key role in onboarding athletes, managing their accounts, and providing ongoing strategic guidance to help them create effective and engaging content while maximizing their presence on TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Athlete Onboarding
- Lead the onboarding process for athletes joining TikTok, ensuring a smooth and effective setup of their accounts and a strong understanding of the platform.
Account & Content Management
- Manage athletes’ TikTok accounts and support them in publishing appropriate, high-quality content aligned with platform trends and best practices.
Consultation & Advisory Support
- Provide ongoing consultation to athletes regarding account operations, content strategy, and in-app features, helping them optimize performance and engagement.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with athletes to support long-term success on the platform.
