Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
As Manager, Creator Marketing – Scaled Programs & Emerging Verticals, you will own and execute creator marketing programs that strengthen active creators on TikTok through partner collaborations, scaled initiatives, and emerging vertical development.
This role focuses on turning existing creator pools into high-impact marketing assets by building meaningful collaborations with external partners and executing creator projects aligned with platform strategy.
You will work closely with Headquarters and global content teams to localize creator programs and projects for the Korean market, ensuring strong adoption, execution quality, and measurable impact.
In parallel, you will execute strategies for newly emerging vertical categories on TikTok, identifying, onboarding, and supporting creators aligned with these verticals to accelerate ecosystem growth.
This role requires strong ownership, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage multiple creator initiatives end-to-end.
We are looking for someone who strongly aligns with ByteStyle and demonstrates integrity, along with a proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused way of working.
This role will be based in Seoul.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Marketing Programs & Project Ownership
- Take ownership of creator-related projects, managing them end-to-end from planning through execution and ongoing operations.
- Plan and execute creator marketing initiatives that turn active creators into high-impact marketing assets through partner collaborations and platform programs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and operational readiness to ensure consistent and scalable execution.
Product Program Localization & Execution
- Collaborate with Headquarters teams to plan and implement creator projects aligned with global direction while adapting them to the Korean market.
- Execute creator-facing product programs launched by Headquarters Product teams, ensuring strong local adoption and participation.
- Work closely with global content teams on new feature launches and cross-market project collaborations.
- Provide structured feedback, execution insights, and local market learnings to product and content teams to improve program effectiveness.
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams including Product, Content, Marketing, and Operations to deliver creator programs successfully.
- Work closely with external partners, creators, and agencies to support project execution and collaboration delivery.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders by coordinating requirements, timelines, and execution priorities.
Performance Tracking & Operational Excellence
- Track project performance, creator engagement, and program adoption metrics to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain program documentation, execution plans, and trackers to support operational consistency and scalability.
- Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and execution speed across creator marketing programs.
Emerging Vertical Execution
- Execute strategies for emerging content verticals by identifying, onboarding, nurturing, and supporting creators in new categories.
- Plan and operate creator programs tailored to emerging vertical needs, including training, enablement, and ongoing support.
- Support the growth of new creator ecosystems by driving early engagement, content adoption, and performance stabilization.
