Kitron is currently seeking a computer science engineering graduate to join our Automation Team as a Trainee under NAPS. This one-year training program offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of Automation.
Job Description:
Develop and enhance production-grade frontend features for web applications.
Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance UIs using modern frontend technologies.
Convert UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and handle data flows efficiently.
Implement state management, form handling, and client-side validations.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Debug complex UI issues and improve reliability and user experience.
Follow component-driven architecture and frontend design best practices.
Write clean, readable code and follow coding standards and version control workflows.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design feedback sessions.
Requirements:
Completed a degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field.
Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with Angular or React.js (components, lifecycle/hooks, routing).
Understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with Git / GitHub workflows.
Basic knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Strong logical thinking, debugging ability, and eagerness to learn production-level engineering practices.
