Position Overview:
The Senior Product Manager - Health Systems, will lead the development and continuous improvement of DocGo’s proprietary software supporting our medical transportation division. This role works closely with EMS professionals, dispatch teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that our transportation products meet the highest standards for reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in the health tech or EMS field and a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare systems and their workflows. You will manage the full product lifecycle - from ideation and development to deployment and scaling - ensuring our digital solutions meet evolving market demands and elevate patient care outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with EMS professionals, dispatchers, operations teams, and leadership to gather insights and identify product development opportunities.
Own the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Define and prioritize features in collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure products remain competitive and forward-looking.
Lead implementation of new features or services, integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows.
Monitor KPIs and collect feedback from users, field teams, and leadership to iterate and improve the product.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to support product promotion and adoption strategies.
Prepare product performance reports, roadmaps, and documentation for stakeholders.
Facilitate engaging product demos and walkthroughs for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in health tech or healthcare operations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics and performance evaluation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, operations, and business teams.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms used in product lifecycle management.
Experience with technical specifications, process flow documentation, platform integrations, and workflow automation.
Demonstrated ability to craft product strategies, convert them into initiatives, and write clear user stories.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development practices.
Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with operational intuition.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings, site visits, or conferences.
