About the Role
- Achieve sales budgeted premium and manage the sales team.
- Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new business and ensure growth production in line with company's requirement.
- Assist to manage the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
- Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
- In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
- Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
- Cross sell all Bank/Group products
- Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
- Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
- Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
- Grow SME deposits.
- Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
- Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
- Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
Required Skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in SME Loan.
