
About this role
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and intern positions across the organization. This role supports workforce planning initiatives, builds strong talent pipelines, and leads the company’s summer internship program while representing the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and internship positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs
Internship Program Leadership
- Lead and manage the company’s summer internship program
- Coordinate intern recruiting, onboarding, schedules, and program activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns and internal stakeholders
- Support intern evaluations, feedback, and end-of-program activities
Career Fairs & Recruiting Events
- Attend career fairs, college events, and community recruiting events
- Represent the company’s brand and employment opportunities
- Build relationships with schools, universities, and workforce partners
Recruiting Operations & Support
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and recruiting records
- Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics as needed
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruiting communications
Company Events & Marketing Support
- Support internal company events, open houses and community or customer-facing events as needed
- Assist with recruiting-related marketing efforts, including career fair materials, signage, and giveaways
- Partner with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives and talent-focused campaigns
- Represent the company professionally at events to support brand awareness and talent attraction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Recruiting or HR experience preferred, including hourly and professional hiring
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
Work Environment & Travel
- Occasional travel to career fairs, plant locations, and recruiting events
- Combination of office and field-based recruiting activities
