About this role
- Point of contact for our employees on all HR-related topics: whether it's hiring and resignations, contracts, salaries, feedback meetings, vacation, or labor law issues. You ensure clarity, security, and a good feeling, all in compliance with labor and social security regulations.
- Preparatory payroll accounting for all companies.
- Optimization of our existing HR processes and development of efficient solutions.
- Design and implementation of our HR projects.
- Administration and maintenance of personnel data in our internal HR system.
- Close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition Team for an optimal employee experience.
- Have completed training or studies in human resources, business administration, or a comparable field
- Basic to comprehensive experience in operational human resources management
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR administration processes
- Experience with common HR software, ideally with Personio
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with a high degree of initiative
- Enthusiasm for process optimization and efficient workflows
- Strong language skills – either German (C1) and English (B2) or German (B2) and English (C1) in written and spoken form. It is important to be able to communicate confidently in both languages, in written and spoken form.
