Join a well-established Australian construction services business as a Content Manager, driving lead generation through compelling content, social media, and email campaigns. This role suits a creative and strategic marketer who enjoys storytelling, collaboration with on-ground teams, and turning projects into high-performing digital content—all within a supportive, fully remote environment.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop, plan, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, seasonal trends, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and EDMs, repurposing blogs into email snippets for campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality blogs that educate residential and commercial clients on painting services, trends, and project insights.
  • Collaborate with painters, project managers, leadership, and designers to produce engaging storytelling, visual content, and project showcases.
  • Assist in designing visual assets including graphics, before-and-after project highlights, and campaign visuals.
  • Support SEO strategy with keyword-driven, well-structured blog content.

Marketing Performance & Lead Generation

  • Manage and optimise weekly email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
  • Publish and monitor social media content to maintain consistent brand presence, respond to engagement, and drive leads.
  • Optimise marketing funnels, including awareness, engagement, lead capture, and conversion.
  • Generate automated lead flows across email, website, and social platforms.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust content strategy to maximise reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate paid and organic campaigns to increase inbound leads.
  • Maintain a library of marketing materials, case studies, and visual assets.
  • Provide creative input and support for campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement of brand storytelling and content quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, or social media roles.
  • Strong writing skills across blogs, EDMs, social posts, and project-based content.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms for campaign management and automation.
  • Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimise marketing funnels and drive automated lead generation.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content-led ranking strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, creatives, and operational teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Design proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing blogs, EDMs, social campaigns, or marketing assets.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
