We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong passion for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role is critical in supporting business growth by ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across various functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, job requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring timelines.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct proactive talent mapping and market research to identify potential candidates.
Recruitment & Selection
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Support the selection process by sharing candidate assessments and feedback in a timely manner.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries related to roles, interview status, and offers.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and decisions.
Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports related to hiring metrics.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and best practices.
- Continuously look for ways to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and basic HR tools/MS Excel.
