We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions, with strong emphasis on HR management, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also being hands-on with execution. This role requires someone who can balance employee advocacy with organizational goals, drive efficient HR processes, and build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
HR Management & Strategy
- Lead and manage the overall HR function, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across levels—from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment partners.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, negotiate offers, and manage candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS data accuracy.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes and continuous improvement through standardization and automation where possible.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and operations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality and accuracy.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting open communication, fairness, and transparency.
- Address employee grievances, conduct investigations when required, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning & development, and internal communication.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR management, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end hiring across multiple roles.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant HR experience, with a strong mix of recruitment and HR operations.
