The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for transformation initiatives.
• Process & Data Analysis: Assess existing workflows, data flows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and design target-state processes.
• Project Execution Support: Work alongside project managers and process engineers to ensure requirements are properly translated into project deliverables and tracked through implementation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Develop clear and concise materials (business cases, executive summaries, dashboards) to communicate findings, options, and recommendations to leadership.
• Change Enablement: Support change management efforts by documenting new processes, preparing training materials, and ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
• Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor program outcomes and benefits realization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Operations, HR, Finance, and other functions to ensure alignment between business objectives and transformation initiatives. 

 

Expected Outcomes

• Deliver comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and process maps that accurately capture business needs.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives with measurable impact on cost, quality, or efficiency.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track project performance and benefits realization.
• Enable the Transformation Office to make data-driven decisions and improve project visibility.

 

Qualifications 

• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, transformation, or operations improvement roles.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders, gather and synthesize complex information, and drive clarity.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
• Experience in process documentation, requirements management, and change enablement.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies, Lean/Six Sigma, or project management frameworks preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
