The role...
Our Serious Injury Lawyers manage a varied caseload of high-value, multi-track personal injury claims. These include serious orthopaedic injuries, spinal and brain injuries, amputations, and complex polytrauma cases, often arising from road traffic collisions, accidents at work, or public liability incidents.Working under appropriate supervision, you’ll be responsible for supporting senior fee earners on complex or catastrophic injury claims. You’ll develop litigation strategy, liaise with clients and experts, and play an active role in progressing cases towards settlement or trial.
You’ll be part of a highly experienced and supportive team that values collaboration, technical development, and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
Who we are looking for...
We’re seeking a qualified solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE and a genuine interest in serious injury work. Previous experience in managing or assisting on multi-track personal injury cases is desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate strong litigation skills and a client-centred approach.We are looking for:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- The ability to manage a busy caseload with supervision
- Familiarity with case management systems and court processes
- A commitment to securing the best outcomes for injured individuals
