In this role, you’ll own design and execution for a product domain while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. You’ll help evolve our design system, creating clarity in UX documentation, and contribute to cohesive patterns across the platform.

📌What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise workflows, from early concepts through polished execution
- Translate user needs and requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes and polished visual designs.
- Conduct exploratory and usability testing to validate solutions.
- Contribute to and help maintain the shared design system
- Participate in cross-team design reviews to raise quality, share feedback, and strengthen alignment across product domains.
- Participate in cross-team design review to strengthen cohesion and quality across domains.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on priorities and feasibility.
- Support discovery and research to better understand user workflows.
- Create clear, thorough design documentation and engineering handoffs, including flows, specs, states, and edge cases, to support high-quality implementation.
- Reduced friction and improved usability in enterprise user workflows.
- Consistency and clarity of UX documentation and handoffs.
- Adoption and feedback on new design patterns.
- Strong partnership with PM and Engineering resulting in fewer clarification loops.
- Growing confidence and mastery in design execution and workflow complexity.
🎯What You Bring
- 3–6 years of UX / Product Design experience in SaaS or complex, workflow-heavy tool
- Experience contributing to or using design systems.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototypes, and collaborative workflows.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and iterating fast.
- (Bonus) Experience with enterprise or workflow-heavy tools.
