About this role

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work. Schedule to call on existing accounts or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 負責開發新客戶、維繫既有客戶及推廣新商品銷售.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. 觀察市場,適時調整業務銷售.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. 研究現有及潛在客戶銷售量,提案銷售策略.
  • Perform the visits to the customers with the necessary frequency and call in the business development resources when needed. 定期客戶拜訪.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 收集市場同業之產品、價格、運送、技術等各類訊息.
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 提出改善建議.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 對於客訴,能夠發現問題並能解決問題.提案報告並建議管理者.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. 參加教育訓練,保持對專業和技術知識.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and payment collection. 產品示範、報價、訂單及收款事宜.
