The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team to drive consideration, leads, and cross-buy for our Commercial & Personal Injury portfolios. The Senior Manager plays an integral role in communicating, leading, and delivering on the associated programs of work.
About the role
Marketing Strategy
- Own the marketing strategic agenda at a portfolio level
- Develop the portfolio marketing strategy through to the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, including Communications, Promotion, and Proposition Development, to deliver on business priorities.
Marketing Initiatives
- Oversee the briefing and development process with external agencies, as relevant, to deliver on creative, media, and communications channel planning and implementation.
- Being accountable for the team's end-to-end delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing programs.
Collaboration
- Engage and manage internal stakeholders and partners to drive alignment and collaboration.
- Encourage team and cross-functional collaboration through peer and cross-functional role modelling.
Leadership and Culture
- Building team culture aligned with organisational values.
- Supporting each team member's professional development.
About you
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing and stakeholder management, with a preference for highly-regulated industries or a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements and processes to manage risk.
- A solid understanding of business economics, drivers of profitability and return on marketing investment.
- Ability to synthesise a high volume of data and distil into actionable insights.
- Experience in developing and delivering a strategic marketing plan.
- Ability to lead a broad range of marketing activities for multiple products or services.
- Demonstrated qualities of inclusivity, bravery, accountability, and the ability to build trust.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Please note this is a 12-month secondment/fixed term contract opportunity.
