Job Description
- Lead by example: Drive your own pipeline, meet clients, and close deals
- Coach & manage: Develop your sales team through active coaching and regular feedback
- Own performance: Take charge of team targets, client success, and commercial outcomes
- Hunt for growth: Spot new opportunities, upsell, cross-sell, and go to market strategy.
- Collaborate: Work across teams and geographies to shape and implement business strategy
- Stay sharp: Keep up with industry trends and client challenges
Qualifications
- Proven hunter profile with strong B2B sales experience
- Track record in hands-on team leadership and operational management
- Comfortable with complex consultative sales cycles and C-level interactions
About You:
- Strong knowledge or interest in Finance, Tax, R&D, Payroll topics
- Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and always ready to go the extra mile
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
