Job Summary
This is an on-site positon in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsible for leading the inside sales team to exceed sales targets while providing on-going professional development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of inside sales team.
- Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and provide ongoing coaching to the inside sales representatives.
- Monitor inside sales representative performance. Set and track sales targets along with KPIs.
- Collaborate with commercial sales leaders and marketing team to formulate strategies that are in line with the goals of the organization.
- Continually evaluate sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in exceeding sales goals.
- Utilize customer feedback to generate ideas about new promotions or products.
- Manage utilization of existing sales tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Tableau.
- Ensure sales, financial, compliance and legal policies are followed.

- General knowledge of medical device business including science and products (ZimVie and competitors).
Education/ Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s in marketing, sales, or similar discipline with 5+ years of sales management experience in healthcare. Will consider other commensurate education and experience.
- Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion, market analysis, and forecasting.
- Multi-lingual candidates preferred, especially English and Spanish
