Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee all on-site activities. This role is accountable for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of installation, commissioning, and logistical operations. Acting as the senior authority on-site, you will ensure flawless execution aligned with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide governance and leadership across multidisciplinary site teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and compliance frameworks.
• Coordinate strategic planning, resource management, and operational execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client site leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain robust reporting processes.
• Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and resolution of technical issues.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of EHS standards and quality management systems.
• Ability to manage complex projects and resolve technical challenges.
• Effective communication and decision-making capabilities.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

• Trade Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
