Job Description
- Provide key operational and administrative support to National Account Managers and agency partners.
- Manage partner communications, records, cross‑team coordination, and support budgets, events, and compliance.

Your new role as Sales Coordinator, Agency Partnerships will see you provide vital operational and administrative support to the Agency Partnerships Sales team, acting as the central coordination point for National Account Managers and key travel agency partners to ensure governance is maintained and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively. This role is responsible for managing partner communications, maintaining accurate data and records, coordinating activities across internal teams to support seamless operations, and overseeing budget tracking, event logistics, and compliance with Qantas policies and standards.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 2–4 years’ experience in coordination, administration, or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective partner and stakeholder engagement.
- High attention to detail with accuracy in data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proactive problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
- Financial awareness to track budgets, monitor Business Development Funds, and process payments accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems to support operational efficiency.
- Support National Account Managers through effective coordination and governance support (e.g., QBRs, agendas, and structured engagement).
- Experience coordinating events, including logistics, invitations/RSVPs, merchandise, on‑site support, and post‑event follow‑up.
