Let’s start with the role:

We are currently seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our Insurance Sales team in Athens. Your mission will be to guide our customers in selecting the services that best fit their needs through our platform.

 

As a Sales Representative you will:

• Manage sales leads via our platform and oversee the entire customer journey from initial contact to final purchase
• Identify and analyze customer needs in order to provide tailored recommendations for the services offered in our platform
• Communicate with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and promote additional services that align with their evolving needs
• Handle incoming calls, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products purchased through our online platform
• Collaborate with internal company teams to address and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction

 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Fluency in Greek
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using computers
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mentality
