Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore, India. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand and source candidates
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing strategies and channels
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment best practices
Additional Information
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and reporting (preferred)
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
