The Technical Product Manager leads the definition, prioritization, and delivery of technology solutions that support Sono Bello’s Patient Journey, including lead lifecycle, marketing platforms, and call center work flows. This role works closely with Technology, Marketing, and the Call Center to turn business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and features.
The TPM helps evolve Sono Bello’s marketing technology stack by ensuring systems and data are well integrated to support customer acquisition, lead conversion, and digital engagement
This role requires strong technical skills, experience in modern software development environments, and the ability to partner effectively with engineers, data teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

Product Strategy & Road mapping
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Sono Bello Patient Journey, including lead management, digital experience, automation, and call-center systems.
- Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives grounded in data, customer insights, and operational needs.
- Define and measure success metrics/KPIs for product features.
User Stories & Requirements Development
- Convert business requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Facilitate backlog grooming and feature prioritization across Technology, Marketing, and Call Center leadership.
- Ensure requirements reflect both business value and technical feasibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery of platform changes and enhancements.
- Work directly with Marketing and PAC to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and process requirements.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on goals, dependencies, and timelines.
Technical Ownership & Execution
- Maintain a deep understanding of integrated technology stacks: marketing automation, CRM, contact center systems, CDPs, APIs, and data pipelines
- Serve as the subject matter expert for system behavior, integrations, and workflows
- Validate features pre- and post-release to ensure quality, usability, and expected business outcomes
- Partner with third-party vendors and engineering teams to scope work, manage deliverables, and evaluate new capabilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Program Manager.
- Demonstrated experience working with software engineering lifecycles, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Strong technical skills and experience with modern marketing and CRM platforms, including marketing automation, CDPs, CRMs, and contact center tools
- Ability to define user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria with clarity and precision.
- Experience working cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skillable to translate between business and technical audiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience supporting call center operations, lead lifecycle management, or customer acquisition systems.
- Experience with workflow automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), and omnichannel marketing systems.
- Experience using data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Kusto
- Previous Experience as a software engineer is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA for a minimum of 3 days a week. May work in remote office locations on Wednesdays and Fridays.
COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $108,000 - $135,000 depending on experience.

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
