We’re always keen to connect with talented Creative Copywriters and Senior Creative Copywriters who are passionate about crafting compelling, effective content across multiple channels. As a Creative or Senior Creative Copywriter, you’ll play a key role in developing persuasive, high-quality copy that brings brands to life. You’ll work across a variety of projects and platforms, collaborating closely with designers, marketers, and other creatives to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful messaging. Senior-level candidates will also take on a mentoring and leadership role within the team. 

We’re looking for candidates based in Romania who are comfortable working on a fully remote basis. 

What we are looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in a marketing agency or similar creative environment
• Proven experience leading copy projects; mentoring junior writers for senior roles
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple media channels
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience producing copy for web, email, social media, video scripts, print, and brand collateral
• Understanding of content strategy and how copy supports broader marketing objectives
• Ability to act as a brand guardian, maintaining tone of voice and brand consistency
• Adaptable writing style for different audiences and platforms
• Working knowledge of SEO, CMS, and digital marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback efficiently
