We are looking a technical support engineer

Requirements

Requeriments

On-site support knowledge (at least 2 years)

Ability to handle office applications (Microsoft 365)

IT inventory management experience

Knowledge of ticket management tool such as Service Now is desirable

Experience with various types of users (managers, VIPs, sales, etc.)

Good communication, teamwork and attitude.

It is desirable that you have good knowledge of wired and wireless networks

Location:  Av. Tambore, 267 -  Térreo - Tamboré, Barueri - SP, 06400 Brazil

Work Model: On Site

Schedule: 8am to 5pm   or  9am or 6pm

Language; English and Portuguese

Contract: 2 Months.
