About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join our People & Culture team. This role will be key in ensuring operational excellence across HR processes, supporting the business as an HRBP Operations partner, and contributing to the implementation and optimization of global HR systems. The position requires close collaboration with international teams and a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely delivery.

• Support HRBP operational tasks, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contract management, employee data management, etc.).

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business and HR needs.

• Act as a point of contact for HR operational queries, providing timely and effective support to employees and managers.

• Collaborate closely with international and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR processes and best practices across regions.

• Maintain and update HR data and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Support audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities as required.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, or a similar HR role.

• Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (implementation experience is a plus).

• Experience working with international teams and in multicultural environments.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Advanced level of English (spoken and written).

 

Nice to have

• Experience in regional or global payroll environments.

• Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.

• Experience in process improvement or HR digital transformation projects.
