About this role
We are looking for a specialized Marketing Project Coordinator to act as the vital link between our operations here in Denmark and the Japanese market. This role is designed for someone who understands the nuances of the golf industry in Japan and can drive projects forward by bridging the cultural and commercial gap between the two regions.
Based here in Denmark, but your professional heart and expertise lie in the Japanese golf world. You understand how Japanese companies operate, how the golf market there functions, and you have the communication skills to ensure our projects align perfectly with those expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution: Lead and support specific projects targeting the Japanese market, ensuring milestones are met and communication flows smoothly between Denmark and Japan.
Market Insight: Utilize your deep understanding of the Japanese golf industry to guide product positioning, visual assets, and business logic.
Cultural Bridge: Act as the primary liaison for Japanese stakeholders, translating not just language, but business culture and expectations for the Danish team.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure that requirements coming from Japan are clearly understood and actionable for the team in Denmark.
Requirements
Location: Must currently reside in Denmark.
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
Industry Knowledge: Deep, specific understanding of the Golf Market in Japan. You know the trends, the major players, and the consumer behavior.
Cultural Fluency: Proven experience working within or alongside Japanese companies. You understand business etiquette, and corporate structure.
Language: Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional fluency in English is non-negotiable.
