As our first-ever CSM hire, you aren't just filling a seat—you are an entrepreneur in residence. You will work directly with our Founders to co-design this role, acting as the vital bridge between our commercial, engineering, product, and tech teams while ensuring our clients reach their business goals faster than ever before. What you’ll do

  • Identify and convince clients to embark upon full-scale implementations with OMRT.

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and prepare detailed implementation plans.

  • Co-manage the operational organisation to ensure every implementation is delivered optimally and efficiently.

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, by optimising client satisfaction to ensure continued and measurable value-adding service, client longevity and "top of mind" awareness for OMRT.

  • Seek continuous improvement and new opportunities, including parametric design projects and software integration.

  • Drive growth by increasing (platform) client revenues across multiple revenue lines and optimising client satisfaction for long-term longevity.

  • Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary teams within a matrix structure to achieve commercial and operational integration.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree (Academic or equivalent) is advantageous, though commercial savvy and industry experience are our priorities.

  • Proven experience in the real estate industry and specifically the "real estate & tech" intersection is highly recommended.

  • Experience in a 200 FTE company is considered highly beneficial.

  • A background in software sales, account management, software consulting, or strategy consulting.

  • Skills in data assessment, analysis, project and process management.

Language(s)

  • Native Dutch.

  • Fluent English.

  • German language skills are a distinct advantage.
