  • Lead client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation and adoption of WSP training solutions.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and periodic business reviews to assess client needs, measure outcomes, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Partner with Business Development to transition new clients post-sale and maximize early engagement.

  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and instructors to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Monitor account health, usage, and key performance metrics to proactively address risks and opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and activity tracking in Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director, to support growth within the corporate client vertical.

What We’re Looking For

  • ~2 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related client-facing role.

  • Strong interest in growing into an account management / customer success career path.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of accounts effectively.

  • Proven ability to manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and support revenue growth.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging professional and senior-level stakeholders.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred.

  • Background or interest in financial services is a plus (investment banking, asset management, private equity, corporate finance).

  • Based in the New York City area.

Core Competencies

  • Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and priorities with precision.

  • Accountability: Ownership of renewals, upsells, and client outcomes.

  • Teamwork: Collaborative approach with internal teams and leadership.

  • Integrity & Transparency: Honest, ethical, and open communication.

  • Results-Driven: Motivated by measurable success and continuous improvement.

  • Humility: Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.

What We Offer

  • A fun, dynamic startup culture with room for professional growth.

  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision.

  • Unlimited PTO to support work-life balance.

  • Remote work flexibility with an office located in Manhattan.

  • 401(k) plan.

  • Parental leave.

  • Home office setup stipend.

  • Core values-driven leadership and opportunities to take on increasing responsibility in a high-growth environment.

Base salary range: $70,000–$90,000, plus bonus potential.
