Are you a seasoned software developer with deep Endur , Java , and Oracle integration experience? This is a senior-level opportunity to lead complex software projects and define technology strategy at a major player in the energy sector. We are seeking a Software Developer V with strong technical leadership capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building enterprise-level solutions in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will set the technical direction for enterprise systems while engaging in hands-on development, testing, and debugging. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align software architecture with organizational goals, and you’ll mentor a team of developers, sharing best practices in design and implementation.

This is a 100% on-site role based in Houston, TX . All candidates must have Endur experience —no equivalents will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of enterprise-grade software solutions

  • Set the technical direction and architecture for complex projects

  • Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to define technology strategy

  • Mentor and support development teams and junior engineers

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in system design and delivery

  • Collaborate on software deployments and system integrations across the enterprise

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including enterprise-level project delivery

  • Hands-on expertise in :

    • Endur (no exceptions or equivalents)

    • Java

    • Oracle database integration

  • Strong background in software architecture and large-scale system design

  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in high-performance environments

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the oil & energy sector

  • Exposure to NoSQL databases

  • Familiarity with enterprise deployment tools and agile development environments
