About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer, you will set the technical direction for enterprise systems while engaging in hands-on development, testing, and debugging. You’ll collaborate with senior leadership to align software architecture with organizational goals, and you’ll mentor a team of developers, sharing best practices in design and implementation.
This is a 100% on-site role based in Houston, TX . All candidates must have Endur experience —no equivalents will be accepted.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and debugging of enterprise-grade software solutions

Set the technical direction and architecture for complex projects

Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to define technology strategy

Mentor and support development teams and junior engineers

Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in system design and delivery

Collaborate on software deployments and system integrations across the enterprise
Requirements
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in software development, including enterprise-level project delivery

Hands-on expertise in :
-
Endur (no exceptions or equivalents)
-
Java
-
Oracle database integration

Strong background in software architecture and large-scale system design

Ability to lead and mentor teams in high-performance environments

Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Nice to Have

Experience in the oil & energy sector
