Job Description
The Data Analyst leads complex analytical projects and delivers data-driven insights related to compliance, oversight, and trend analysis. This role involves advanced data research, integration of multiple data sources, and expert analysis to support personnel vetting and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical leadership and guidance on compliance, oversight, and trend reporting
Perform highly complex data analysis, including merging and reconciling data from multiple databases
Apply subject matter expertise in personnel vetting and security disciplines to analyze data within enterprise systems
Conduct data quality assessments, data linkage, analysis, and interpretation
Design and develop programs to manage, validate, and maintain data integrity
Create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders
Perform statistical analysis, including descriptive analytics, predictive analysis, and regression modeling
Use advanced analytic techniques such as data cleaning, literature reviews, and secondary data analysis
Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, and other analytical platforms as appropriate
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with enterprise systems, including:
Salesforce (VA-CABS)
Oracle
PeopleSoft (HR Smart)
USAStaffing
USAccess
IT Account Provisioning and Deprovisioning systems
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
