Some of your key responsibilities will include: Vendor Relations & Co-op Tracking: Coordinating with vendor partners, managing co-op advertising funds, and ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met. Swag & Branded Materials: Managing the acquisition, organization, and distribution of company promotional items and branded merchandise. Event Organization & Promotion: Supporting customer events, trade shows, and community initiatives, from planning to promotion and execution. Graphic Design: Creating marketing materials and visual assets that align with our brand, both digital and print. Social Media Management: Developing content, writing posts, and scheduling updates across platforms to engage and grow our audience. Email Marketing & Newsletters: Writing, designing, and deploying email campaigns to keep customers and partners informed. Photography & Videography: Capturing and editing photos and videos to showcase our products, people, and events. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or TBD with Manager. Compensation Salary range: $45K – $65K, based on experience. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience. Preferred: 3+ years of progressive work experience in marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong graphic design skills, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with online customer interaction tools, such as SEMRush and Constant Contact, is a plus. Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media and content marketing. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
