As a Technical Lead – Salesforce, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Anglicare’s Salesforce platform. You’ll lead hands‑on technical delivery, support solution design, and uplift technical standards to ensure the platform is scalable, secure and aligned with business needs. Your opportunity
You will design, build and optimise Salesforce solutions across OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components, Flows and APEX. You’ll collaborate closely with the Platform Owner, Solution Architects, Business Analysts and external partners to deliver robust, high-performing technical solutions.
With integrity and resilience, you will work on:
Solution Development
Build and customise Salesforce apps using OmniStudio, LWCs and APEX
Design and optimise Flows to support automation and process efficiency
Create and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver meaningful insights
DevOps & Deployment
Operate Salesforce DevOps Center with GitHub branching, pull requests and CI/CD
Oversee deployments across Sandboxes, UAT and Production
Maintain environment strategy, data seeding approaches and release documentation
Quality Assurance
Write and execute unit tests aligned with Salesforce best practice
Lead peer reviews and static code analysis
Support QA teams during system test, UAT and regression testing
Collaboration
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide accurate technical estimates
Coordinate with data, integration and security teams on governance and API models
Documentation
Maintain technical documentation including solution designs, user stories, AC and deployment guides
Document reusable components and patterns to support platform maturity
What you’ll bring
You are a resourceful, technically strong Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and building high-quality solutions that empower staff and clients. You communicate clearly, collaborate well, and take pride in your craft.
You will also need:
Strong experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), LWCs, Flows and APEX
Experience managing deployments with Salesforce DevOps Center + GitHub
Proven capability in dashboards, custom report types and reporting best practice
Experience working in Agile environments with Jira/Confluence
Solid understanding of Salesforce data modelling and security
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
Desirable:
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Platform Administrator, OmniStudio Developer)
Experience in NFP, aged care or regulated sectors
Background in API-led integrations or middleware
Experience with performance tuning and platform operational support
