Job Summary
1. Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business
Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across HR functions.
2. Presentation & Insight Development
Create clear, compelling presentations and visual narratives for senior leadership, HR teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Translate complex datasets into visually engaging insights that drive informed decision-making.
3. HR Metrics & KPI Management
Track, monitor, and report on key HR metrics such as Talent Acquisition, Attrition, DEI, and Workforce Effectiveness.
Provide data-backed recommendations to improve HR outcomes.
Maintain data accuracy, standardization, and integrity across all reporting mechanisms.
4. Process Improvement
Use data insights to identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Collaborate with HR and cross‑functional teams to implement improvements and automation where applicable.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR leadership, business units, and global teams to ensure alignment in data definitions, reporting standards, and insights.
Act as a trusted advisor for HR analytics, providing support and clarity where needed.
6. Technology & Systems Enablement
Utilize systems such as Workday, Help Hub, and internal intranet platforms to extract, manage, and analyze data efficiently.
Support the adoption of HR technology tools and reporting enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in an Analyst role, preferably within HR or related business functions.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and other analytics/reporting tools.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with experience preparing leadership‑level presentations.
Creative thinking, problem‑solving aptitude, and high attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across HR and cross‑functional teams.
