Treasury Analyst

The position main responsibilities are:

• Ensure consistent, controlled bank account management, analyze extracts, signers and agreements.
• Act as the local bank and treasury branch vendor liaison.
• Support the branch business in operational collections and payments issues with the bank.
• Daily loading of payment files and guarantee promptly compliance with service agreements with vendors and clients.
• Coordinating with Treasurer and Investments groups on cash transfers to/from accounts,
• Instruct wire group to move funds to/from accounts as required to meet daily liquidity.
• Preparation of files for the generation of payments of commissions, clients, broker and claims.
• Preparation of cash income receipts and reconcile vs bank extracts.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree
• Preferable 2 years in similar positions in insurance companies or related
• Advance Excel and Office tools
• Basic English  ~50%
• Teamwork (proactive collaboration and support)
• Analytical capacity to propose solutions to treasury problems
• Work under pressure levels to meet the closing dates requirements
• Organized and focused on obtaining results
• High levels of communication
• Relationship development
• Ethics and reliability
• Adaptation to continuous change
