This role will play a vital part in achieving sales targets by collaborating with our bank partners and sales teams, providing innovative financial consulting, and building strong relationships with customers.- Collaborate effectively with partners and sales teams to drive sales growth and consistently meet established sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and tailor life insurance solutions to address their financial protection and long-term savings goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Maintain a good relationship with our bank partners to get more referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively addressing inquiries, offering valuable information, and supporting after-sales needs.
- Actively participate in company promotional activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by the line manager to contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
