The role:
As an HR Digital Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:
Managing the talent management module within Workday, ensuring alignment with global talent processes such as performance management, succession planning and career development.
Managing the learning management system (LMS) to support global learning and development programmes.
Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to ensure seamless operation.
Supporting system upgrades and enhancements, testing new features and ensuring they meet functional requirements.
Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for the designated HR system module and providing guidance to HR teams and other stakeholders.
Providing training and support to employees, managers and HR teams on the use of talent and learning systems to drive user adoption and system effectiveness.
Analysing data on talent and learning system utilisation to identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
Ensuring data accuracy within the talent module, including managing talent profiles, competency tracking and other key talent data.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Experience in HR Information Systems, with expertise in configuration, implementation, and support (ideally Workday).
Strong focus on Talent Management and Learning & Development within HR systems.
Proven ability to manage performance management, succession planning, and career development processes.
Skilled in data management, governance, security, and system integration.
Experience in change management and dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to influence, drive results, and implement improvements in HR technology and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and strong HR process knowledge.
High level of verbal and written English language skills – professional business English required.
