
About this role
Within the Integrated Finance function, the Senior Internal Controller is responsible for deploying, operating and strengthening the internal control framework across the French entities (Martell, Mumm, Perrier Jouet and Headquarters).
Acting as a key operational business partner, the role ensures effective execution of internal controls, robust follow-up of audit recommendations and continuous improvement of processes, in line with Pernod Ricard Group principles.
The position requires strong autonomy, sound judgment and the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the annual internal control plan for French part of the Gold BU and the HQ
- Perform internal control reviews across key functions (Operations – incl. notably procurement & supply chain, legal & compliance, Tech, HR, marketing)
- Identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities, and co-define pragmatic and value-added action plans with process owners
- Monitor action plan progress and validate remediation closure
- Participate to the LSF annual completion for the defined scope
- Prepare internal control reporting for local management
- Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards and KPIs related to internal control activities
- Provide clear, structured and actionable insights on key risks and control matters
- Act as a trusted business partner to operational teams on internal control, risk management and compliance topics
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to internal control and process improvements

You have at least 7 years' professional experience in internal control at corporate level and/or at a audit firm.
Your knowledge of a corporate environment is big plus.
Your experiences at a FMCG company would be highly appreciated.
You have strong experience working with local affiliates/stakeholders.
You are fluent in both French and English.
