YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As Prestige Junior Brand Manager, based in Zürich, you will support to drive commercial growth for the Prestige spirits portfolio in Switzerland and Austria, reporting to the Marketing Manager CH/AT for our Aperitif and Prestige Portfolio. This is a business‑driven marketing role, focused on route‑to‑market acceleration, business development, and eCommerce/digital performance. You will work closely with Sales to identify, activate, and scale high‑potential opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of brand plans and Prestige spirits initiatives.
Assist with brand partnerships and activations across key channels.
Work with Sales to plan and deliver initiatives in retail, e‑commerce, and on‑trade.
Help manage A&P budgets and track investments.
Create and update brand toolkits, presentations, and POS materials.
Prepare performance reports and basic analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Support New Product Development projects and cross‑team coordination.
Help identify growth opportunities and prepare recommendations.
Support agency and supplier coordination for brand activations.
Help manage our Prestige Online platform and its content updates.
Monitor KPIs and help propose data‑driven optimizations.
YOUR PROFILE
You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Marketing or Brand Management.
You have gained initial hands-on experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG environment, and have a strong interest in brand strategy and consumer-focused marketing.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken, and feel confident working in an international environment.
You have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and are comfortable preparing analyses, presentations, and reports.
You demonstrate a hands-on mindset, strong communication skills, and a high level of teamwork, combined with a proactive and structured way of working.
