The opportunity
We are seeking a highly capable PMO Financial Analyst to oversee and manage financial planning across the People function, while supporting governance, reporting and PMO transformation budgeting processes.

Your new role
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in financial management across Group Head Office and global Transformation budgets, partnering with Finance Business Partners, cost‑centre owners and Program Managers to deliver accurate forecasting, insightful analysis and strong financial governance.
Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, reforecasting and actuals for the People function across GHO and global Transformation budgets.
Engage closely with Finance Business Partners to track, analyse and report on People budgets, benefits and financial outcomes across the global function.
Manage headcount and vendor spend with precision, ensuring accurate tracking, reconciliation and forecasting.
Prepare governance papers and financial insights for Executives, Program Sponsors, the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), and quarterly reporting.
Support PMO governance frameworks, including monthly reporting, project financial oversight and business case requirements.
Collaborate with Program Managers and cost‑centre owners to assess variances, manage actuals vs forecast, and ensure alignment to financial expectations for BAU and transformation programs.
About you
You are a detail‑driven financial professional with strong analytical capability and experience working in PMO, project or transformation environments. You build strong relationships across People, Finance and transformation teams, and are confident navigating budgeting cycles, headcount management and governance processes. You translate financial data into clear insights and thrive in a role where accuracy, structure and business partnering are key.
Experience in financial budgeting, forecasting and actuals, ideally in PMO or transformation environments.
Strong understanding of project financials, including headcount and vendor spend management.
Proven ability to partner with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
Experience preparing financial content for governance forums and executive reporting.
Advanced financial analysis skills with strong Excel capability.
