Our team works on an innovative, highly dynamic web banking application with a quickly growing user base. As member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for defining, executing, and reporting of all testing related functions including: the review of product requirements and specifications, feature reviews, planning and scheduling of QA tasks, hands-on execution of QA tasks, providing feedback on product performance, investigation of client issues as well as being involved in QA automations tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring our products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Must be a bachelor's degree graduate.

  •  At least 3 years’ experience in software testing or related field.

  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  •  Knowledge of quality assurance methods and techniques including the software development lifecycle.

  • Effective planning and organizational skills, with an attention to detail.

  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to think ‘out of the box’ for process improvements.

  •  Must have experience with bug tracking software such as Jira, HP ALM/Octane or equivalent.

  • Ability to execute test plans and test scripts for commercial software applications, document expected results vs. actual results, and record software defects.

  • Ability to develop, design and maintain test scripts using Test Management tools such as Octane.

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.

  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be willing to comply with return to office policy

  • Willing to work on mid shift / night shift

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the software or financial industry preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge in BDD framework or Gherkin format

  • Knowledge of the Agile software development methodology.

  • Knowledge in mobile testing in both IOS and Android

  • Knowledge of automated testing software tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Axios, Postman with ability to design and develop automated test scripts.
