ANZ Marketing ManagerMelbourne市场销售类ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) marketing efforts. This role will focus on localizing and implementing marketing initiatives and assisting in regional event execution. Key Responsibilities
1. Local Marketing Implementation
a. Execute localized marketing campaigns and content for the ANZ audience.
b. Expanding Mammotion's brand partnerships in ANZ regions, including but not limited to third-party brand collaborations, sponsorships, and television programs.
c.Assisted the headquarters marketing team in optimizing the localization of communication copy and materials for ANZ regions, including the AU official website, Amazon, social media, etc.
2.Event & Campaign Support
a.Support the planning and execution of local trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
b.Coordinate logistics, materials, and on-site support in collaboration with headquarters and local partners.
c.Assist in pre- and post-event marketing activities to maximize regional impact.
3.PR & Agency Coordination
a.Serve as the primary point of contact for PR and marketing agencies in ANZ.
b.Assist in briefing agencies, tracking campaign progress, and ensuring brand consistency across communications.
c.Help distribute press releases and marketing materials to local media and stakeholders.
4.Cross-Regional Collaboration
a.Work closely with the global marketing team to align ANZ activities with brand strategy and campaigns.
b.Provide regional insights and feedback to help tailor global content for the local market.
c.Assist in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and local market trends.QualificationsQualifications & Skills
1.1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2.Experience managing social media channels and basic knowledge of content scheduling and community management tools.
3.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5.Basic understanding of public relations and agency coordination.
6.Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
7.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant discipline preferred.
Nice to Have
1.Familiarity with the Australian/New Zealand consumer tech, home & garden, or outdoor lifestyle markets.
2.Experience supporting trade shows or local marketing events.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).Apply
