Core Responsibilities

  • Lead short- and long-term financial planning for Distribution & Supply Chain Operations across the LEGO Group.

  • Drive E2E performance mgt framework for Distribution & Supply Chain Operations across the LEGO Group

  • Drive consolidation of insights related to financial and operational performance on month/yearly basis

  • Drive digitalization and standardization agenda across Distribution & Planning Finance

This role is the functional lead within designated responsibility areas.

This role gives exposure to a broad stakeholder landscape across the E2E value chain within the LEGO Group.  The role has a global reach as both your direct team colleagues and business stakeholders are located across the world; from Boston (US) to Singapore.

In this role as FP&A lead for Distribution & Planning, you will play an exciting – and key – role ‘in playing our part’ to succeed with this transformation.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate brings a Master degree or equivalent experience in finance relevant topic including

  • +5 years of finance business experience within the finance area of a global company

  • Strong collaboration/networking competencies

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ideally experience from a production and/or logistics company

  • Courage, curiosity & confidence

• Work independently, recognized subject matter expert, able to coach others, tasks are independently identified and defined
• Communicate directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation
• May managing large projects or processes independently
