As an Executive Recruiter at GE Vernova, you will recruit the leaders driving the energy transition. You’ll manage high-stakes searches across the Americas, advising senior executives and shaping the talent strategy for an organization solving the world’s toughest energy challenges.
This is a role for a builder, a strategist, and a connector - someone energized by complexity, inspired by innovation, and passionate about elevating the future of energy leadership.
Responsibilities
· Own and drive executive-level searches across multiple GE Vernova businesses, with a strong emphasis on technology, engineering, program management, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain.
· Design bold, data-backed search strategies that attract world-class, diverse, and highly passive talent.
· Partner closely with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on talent insights, market dynamics, assessment rigor, and hiring decisions.
· Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from first outreach to onboarding—reflecting the quality and purpose of the GE Vernova brand.
· Champion leadership excellence through calibrated assessments, talent mapping, and succession planning support.
· Build future pipelines by staying deeply embedded in manufacturing and industrial talent communities; leverage networks, referrals, conferences, research, and strategic intelligence.
· Act as an ambassador for GE Vernova’s mission, telling a compelling story that influences experienced leaders to consider transformative opportunities.
· Use market data to guide decision-making, shape hiring strategy, and influence organizational talent planning.
· Coach and elevate the recruiting community, sharing expertise, insights, and best practices.
· Drive operational excellence and compliance, holding yourself and the team to the highest standards.

You are an accomplished executive recruiter with a passion for hiring transformational leaders—especially within best in class organizations. You blend strategic thinking with exceptional execution, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-impact, globally connected businesses.
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with deep exposure to complex, global organizations.
· 4+ years of executive search experience supporting Fortune 500 companies, including officer-level stakeholders and multiple functional disciplines.
· Proven success recruiting executive leaders in manufacturing, industrial operations, engineering, infrastructure projects, or other heavy-industry environments.
· Demonstrated success managing external executive searches—either in-house or within a global retained executive search firm.
· Outstanding storytelling, communication, and presentation skills; able to influence leaders across all levels.
· Fluent with technology, talent analytics, AI, and modern recruiting tools.

Location
Flexible within the Eastern Time Zone (U.S.) with a strong preference for candidates near a GE Vernova location.
If contracted in the US: The salary range for this position is $122,000 - 165,000 USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
For candidates applying to a Canadian-based position, the pay range for this position is between $152,000 and $202,000 CAD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
